Developed and deployed a custom ERP MVP to digitize, automate, and centralize physical inventory and administrative operations for a real client.
Designed and deployed a custom ERP system tailored for real-world logistics challenges. The objective was to replace fragmented manual spreadsheets and paper-based tracking with a unified, real-time platform.
Architected relational schemas tracking raw material intake, multi-warehouse inventory levels, and automated dispatch manifests. The deployment streamlined daily workflows and cut manual data reconciliation time drastically.
